  • Inthink they should've stopped the music..

  • I can't believe how some of you would decide to just keep going. I'm a cheerleader. Sure if you stop you lose points, but the guy just pretty much landed on his head. An allstar team like that one has probably been working together for months. I have no idea why some of you think points/competition is more valuable than someone's life. They definitely should've stopped and a trainer or doctor should've helped right away. How are you suposed to keep going with out a base? Youll lose points anyway

  • @cheer4everwildcats probably hurt hit his head so hard dosnt know where he is anymore or how to stand

  • Why is he just laying there

  • Ed that the routine be shut down to tend to the athletes medical needs. The judges will gladly base the score from a second performance after the team makes alterations. I understand the competitiveness of the sport, but that is put aside when serious injuries occur.

  • @cheergirl4eva100

No, the competition company needed to stop the music and check on him, you probably know nothing about the business aspect of the industry and catastrophic injuries on the company's time can potentially cause the company to shut down, due to the USASF's catastrophic injury policy. A skip in the music is not a big deal, but the persons well being is larger than any competition. I have competed with people who tear their acls, tear hamstrings, and break bones. The company demand

  • lol, that's messed up, lolol. poor guy! I think that if someone's been on the ground for several seconds without getting up, it should be mandatory to stop and check on him. Competitive cheer or not, nothing's more important than someone's well being. There will be plenty more opportunities to win plastic trophies, guaranteed.

  • @vrevert01 im a cheerleader and have been for 6 years ima flyer(the girl on top of the stunt) and at a competition no matter what happens u must keep goin even if the music stops by accident or if the cd scratches u still have to keep on going it is a very competitive sport and VERY competitive world for cheerleaders but since none of y'all are apparently cheerleaders udont understand that and never will unless u become a cheer athlete

  • wow!!!!! stop the music r u crazy they did good other than thAT though but stilll he looked almost dead he landed on his neck get eyes to look and hands to stop the music

  • if something like that happened during a football game, the game would stop the stands go silent and the cheerleaders kneel. in cheer they are expected to jump up, spirit, and act like nothing happened and they arent in pain. which sounds more like a sport to you?

  • Why would they just leave him lying on the ground lmao

  • they dont ALWAYS stop the music because not everyone always stays down but in his case they should've known. kudos to that opening though
