  • @Rotard12a Patrick Stewart even provides the voice overs too... Showing that he has a sense of humour.

  • @du6167 "Shut up, woman, get on my horse."

    X-}

  • @gracebaileyfan It's mountain dew.

  • i bet patrick stewart came up with the jokes lol

  • @desktorp Oh, I figure they've made a few hundred thousand, over 7 years, maybe a million.

  • @UnknownXV so then celebrities don't have to pay for any of those things? Hm.. I think we're smack dab in the middle of your original misunderstanding. I should back up.. have you ever even spoken with a celebrity-grade actor? If not, your argument is entirely invalid until you find me one that claims that they don't need to continue to work to survive.

    They don't make as much as you think they do.

  • @desktorp Huh?

    You need money for rent, food, even water, basic hygienic requirements, etc..

    Unless you want to live in the forest hunting like a nomad, you need money.

  • @UnknownXV fair enough.. but no one needs money so your initial comment is hereby ruled as ridiculous. I already carried out your sentence; a hearty ribbing.

    ah-cha-cha-cha.. ;)

  • @desktorp I said they didn't need the money, not that they didn't want it. :P

  • @UnknownXV They don't make nearly as much money on that show as you seem to think they do. Do you realize how large the staff is across the entire series? Then take cross-series / franchise royalties and all the corporate skimming that has always existed. The money train doesn't stop at the actor's station very often.

    I mean do you really think that Patrick Stewart played Professor Xavier because he thought it'd be fun for people? By your logic, they would always work pro bono.
