That would be The Long Goodbye, where Sheppard and Weir are taken over by alien minds. It's in season 2.

That's OK. I was still relatively new at making music videos when I made this and it didn't turn out exactly the way that I wanted it to. I really think I was held back by stupid windows movie maker. But oh well!

It's from a season 3 episode called Echoes. Sorry but I cling onto every sparky moment that I can especially now that Weir is no more!
