Advice to New Professors transcript:
I think it's important to be able to learn to reach people who have different learning styles. I mean that's sort of cliche, but it works. People are dynamic. People don't just learn from experiential learning, or from a book or, I don't remember what the names of them all are. But people learn from all sorts of ways. So if you give em just a book everyone will learn something, but if you give em a book and some experiential knowledge then they'll learn it in a dual way. I think it's an effective way to teach. People will remember what you do. Your time will be very valuable for the students and I think you'll reap the rewards of being known as a great lecturer, great professor and your career will be flourishing because you teach in different styles.
