Otter has managed this state right into the ground. Move over and let Keith Allred govern Idaho, at least he has a plan and a positive vision for the future of this state. Anything is better than letting Otter continues to cut money to education and raise the licensing and tab fees on cars, not to mention his pathetic mismanagement of the wolves

Otter flip flops on the issue of Solar Energy:
"When Otter was elected he only had expressed support for Idaho’s traditional hydroelectric power and nuclear power. The Associated Press’ John Miller reported that Otter had dismissed the economics of a solar project at his Star ranch saying, panels to warm the 35-acre spread would cost $60,000 while a natural-gas furnace cost him one-tenth of that. He said in 2007 that clean energy" was living off government handouts, Miller reported.
