The two boys making camp furniture up the woods, all i did was baton the log for them with my Martindale machette, they harvested the log, augered the holes, harvested the material to make the legs, cut the legs to size and fitted them all on their own.

  • @robertlewisvazquez - it's called a scotch eyed auger, you can get them on Ebay for a few quid

  • @maveraver the scotch eyed auger seems too heavy for nothing. I would just get a large chisel. i would make a square holes with it & cut the top of legs to the rectangle as well. that way the furniture stays pretty much durable even after the long time uses than round holes . The scotch eyed auger would be great to make a holes for the extracting tree saps though. thanks for the reply.
