u rock man !!!,gr8 body,well definition,and also gr8 point,that's right and best,i think,exercise for abs,it's harder but it's worth.
btw,some 1 asked about lats,im still a kid,but i do pull ups,and that's best exericse for lats,back and biceps,the key is,-slowly up and slowly down,and arms are wide,like your shoulders are.

Hi Trin,
If you've never done them before, I'd do 2 sets of 4-6 reps of each.
You might need to do less reps of the Dragon Flag. Just do sets of 1 or 2 reps at first, and don't push yourself too much: you risk an injury.
