Front Squats & Military Presses. "5/3/1" week. The front squats are a PR based on Wendler's calculator (I don't have an 8-rep set prior to this to compare. Finished off with 3 x 7 x 50 lb SLDLs.
Added with the 3 kg PR for the bench compared to 2 weeks ago, it's been a very productive week barbell-wise.
