A 1959 Classic TV commercial for a brand of Kodak cameras called "Starmite". A reasonably enjoyable 1950's commercial. As of the posting of this video, the camera would cost about $US77.88
when adjusted for inflation.

  • Kodak has filed for bankruptcy. What is this world coming to?

  • If I'm correct, I believe $10.50 back then is close to $100 in today's money.

  • This originally appeared during "THE ADVENTURES OF OZZIE & HARRIET"; Julia Meade also appeared for Kodak on the weeks they sponsored "THE ED SULLIVAN SHOW" on CBS at the same time...

  • @PeerlessPaavo It is Miss Meade.

  • amazing how far we've come in 50 years...

  • I believe that's the 50s pitchwoman Julia Meade.

  • thanks for posting!
