After competing against Iron Chef Michael Symon in "Battle Balsamic," three student chefs from The International Culinary School at The Art Institutes of Phoenix became a part of history. Never before had chefs so young competed on so grand a stage. And competed so well. Since then, they've all finished school and started their culinary careers. Recently, we caught up with each of them to get an update on their progress.
Julie Fiedler
After graduating from The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Phoenix in September of 2010, Julie has parlayed her culinary pedigree into work at fine dining restaurants. Her competition experience has fueled her desire to further her knowledge of international cuisine and she plans to do some intercontinental travel in the near future. According to Julie, culinary school taught her to "work hard and take advantage of every opportunity." That's why, despite all the accolades, she's always striving to do better.
Tyler Burke
As a new homeowner and new father, Tyler has seen a lot of changes in the months following his graduation from The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Phoenix in March of 2010. Having settled in the valley of Phoenix, he is currently working at a The Royal Palms T-Cooks Restaurant as the Lead Saute. Competing against some of the most talented young chefs around the globe has given Tyler the confidence to succeed in any situation. "We stood against the best of the best...and we held our own against the world." Eventually, Tyler wants to take all that he's experienced at culinary school and pass it along to other students and even possibly return to The Art Institutes as a chef instructor.
Katelyn Remick
As you might expect, this high-energy young woman hasn't sat still for one moment since graduating from The International Culinary Schools at The Art Institute of Phoenix in March of 2010. She's worked under some of the best chefs in her hometown of Seattle and even served as a Pastry Chef in one of the city's finest establishments. "The school didn't stop at teaching one approach to preparing food," says Katelyn. "I learned different methods from multiple nationalities and the history behind it all." While she loves Seattle, she hopes to eventually open her own restaurant in Montana. As usual, she plans to start with the basics and put her own unique twist on it.

General Akbar: "IT'S A TRAP!"

@aionlinescam There have been a few Ai students who have succeeded but any student who succeeds who went to Ai was probably already talented and their success was in spite of it, not because. They like to say that the reason they're so expensive is because they guarantee success in your field. Total snake oil!
I have my suspicions that for some of their "success story" statistics they like to wave around they actually award honorary degrees to some of these people.

You could learn culinary somewhere else cheaper and still get the recognition as a great chef. Be aware this is an ad to boost up Credit Default Swaps- CDS- on the market. Ofcourse you can succeed whatever you can put your life into, with or without the high price of education. Real Education is priceless.
