Achordants (2)"Starlight" at Local 506

UNC's Achordants performing Muse's "Starlight", sung by Jorge Izquierdo. BRAVO!!!!! Amateur recording, so don't get your hopes up too high. But the music speaks for itself, despite the medium! Achordants came out en force for a benefit sponsored by OSSA for CAARE at Chapel Hill's Local 506 Live Entertainment Club, 4/10/07. Me too! What I love most is the casual passion Jorge shows at this show; he communicates immersion in the song, and that comes through like lightning! I recorded most of their Spring 08 concert, ...and they substituted one of their songs with this. I'll try to get those posted soon!, ...but I'm still working with a P&S camera.

I couldn't agree more, and especially THIS SONG! In fact, of the 1200+ videos I have shot and posted (most posted on myspace), this is the ONE -the ONLY ONE- that I can listen to any time, multiple times. I never tire of this particular recording. Jorge, here, is perfect with passion and humility.
