which route is better for the amtrak north east corridor?
-
This ran well on my PC, but I'll need a new PC anyway since mine is a little old and not strong enough to handle this route along with others that I attempted to download.

@trmania touche, its just that when i think mini in the file storage area, i think of something in the KB or MB area...3 gigs is a full windows XP installation lol

@trmania Downloading's a real problem for those who travel a lot and don't have Wi-fi all the time-an example would be me. I waited about an hour then I had to leave and when I came back about 3 hours later my computer froze up and crashed (that's why I had to do a system restore which lead to all my other problems with MSTS)
"..need at least 3 gigabytes to store the route as a MINI-ROUTE" the irony made me laugh

@Trekfan1001 Keep in mind, now that file storage is in the terabytes, gigabytes aren't all that large in the long run.

Hey trmaina, can msts work on a windows 7 computer? I want to know incase I had to change to 7 from XP.

@nkproad777 MSTS can work on Windows 7, but don't ask me how to install it here. Go over to Train-sim and read the topics already created on the subject.

One tiny problem with this. The amount of SPACE required. But looks nice, still the space is the problem.

@nkproad777 Space isn't a problem. It's a big route, it needs hard-drive space. I use an external drive for storing routes.
