  • Would this be any good for a DLSR?

  • @ZZsnarlyPWN I think you could down size the struts and it would work well

  • Marcos, You are a stabilizer god! I appreciate you sending me an email advising the video is complete. Scondly, the detail in the video is phenomenal. Can you make a video showing how it works......You rock man...I'm subscribing to your work now and really appreciate you man. Thanks, Alphonse.....

  • I'm hoping to complete a short video showing how to balance the thing, but I have to get another camera.... My back up cameras are two built in 1985. I have to make a trip to the pawn shop to see what I can turn up. Likely going to be a Hi8, but I need something that is representative of what most people have.

The FX7 weighs about 4.5 pounds with the mic on it. Most people don't have cameras that weigh that much.

I will let you know when I get that project started.

  • Man! I wish I had a garage to be able to do stuff like that...nice job...

  • @komodosh Though it is not pretty it does work. If someone does not have $1500 to shell out on a stabilizer, this will get the job done for around $30 in parts and some time to put it together.

  • Inspiring!

  • @dewexdewex try to check out my homemade stabilzer..
