Bobby was an idiot he only got high in power because his wife pushed him there.

@troubles47 Bobby along with Silvio and Tony himself were targets, to be assassinated by Phil Leotardo's men, the Lupertazzi family. The relationship between the Soprano and Lupertazzi family had become even tenser after the incident Tony had with one of Phil's captains.
