Want to hear the difference between three popular keyboard types in one video, side by side, recorded from the same perspective from the same mic? Then you've come to the right video!

I've recorded myself typing on the Filco Majestouch full-sized keyboard in Metallic Blue, with Cherry MX Blue keyswitches, a Microsoft Comfort Curve 2000 with rubber domes, and an i-Rocks 6570 Wireless with scissor switches.

I also compare the N-Key Rollover abilities of the three boards, demonstrating how certain key combinations can confound cheaper USB keyboards yet be handled flawlessly by a high-dollar, PS/2-based mechanical.

If you want to check out the full text review of the mechanical keyboard in this video, head over to the site at http://thegeekery.org/tech/keyboard-review-filco-majestouch-in-metallic-blue/. If you're interested in purchasing a Filco and live in the US, head to the KeyboardCo's Amazon store and view their current stock at http://www.amazon.com/s?ie=UTF8&search-alias=electronics&field-manufa...

  • @thetruthhasnoagenda1 yea i googled it and look at a picture, and immidietley recognized what it was. its very comfortable for typing but i would not use this for gaming like starcraft 2 lol

  • @ShiroKado its a little hard to explain without pictues, i suggest googleing it. it bassicly looks like a little scissor under each key. Apple is famous for abandoning their IBM buckle spring boards for cheap Scissors in the early 2000s. a couple OEMs use them on laptops, but they are usually branded as "super thin and chic" stile boards. If you ask me they are very cheap and would not recommend them.

  • @thetruthhasnoagenda1 oooh sorry i didnt read title, how doe s a sciccor switch work?
