Trist is actually sad in norwegian so you get the idea Tristesse is actually the sadest.

I really think that this whole album was built in a fantastic way! It really builds up to a climax and then comes back down and leaves the listener with a soothed yet sad feeling. It has such a great arc in the way it flows from song to song.
