wild pot grass reefer bud marijuana growing next to highway in iowa THC plant

CLICK HERE FOR UPDATE: I stopped to help some people fix a flat tire and guess what I saw, a 6 to 7 foot tall pot plant with some sweet looking little buds on it. Here is a interesting legal question, Is it illegal to "touch" marijuana that is growing in the ground? Could that be considered "control" of the pot i don't think. who knows, with all the laws they have now. probably have a law about taking a photo of grass on the side of the highway or a law about telling people where it is or something.. who knows. crazy laws they have now. lol

PS. I live in Hawaii now... nicer laws and better grass.

I have heard different theories regarding that plant. I've heard it is growing in it's natural habitat and it is a native plant that is related to the sativa plant. Then there is the theory that it grows in roadside ditches from Mexican brick seed being thrown from cars. Either way, the genetics could possibly be interesting to work with because of the hardiness of the plant.

P.S I know it has little to no THC.
