The Chosen Ones is an animated series produced with a composite technique of collage utilizes drawings, photography and primary materials. It is about a series of installments that lasts about five minutes an episode. The protagonists are famous personalities from the world of politics, entertainment or media, and they can shift according to whether the series is geared towards a national or international audience. The product targets an adult audience, from 14 years of age and up, who is able to understand social satire and the continuous references to current events, the world's sociopolitical situation, and the global village.

We are in the future. Oil reserves have already been exhausted for hundreds of years. War, floods, famine, and vulgar reality shows have obliterated the human race from the planet. Before it was too late, the most influential and wealthiest went into hibernation to wait for better times. But a mad scientist, who escaped extinction, has built a time machine. And it works (therefore, he couldn't have been that crazy). To avoid the catastrophe, he decided to defrost those responsible and to send them back in time so they could make things right.

The task force will travel in time seeking to alter the course of history and to prevent the collapse. They must dissuade the Sumerians from inventing the wheel, prevent Einstein from theorizing about the atomic bomb, stop Zidane before he head butts Materazzi, and convince Microsoft not to launch Windows Vista. A cutting animated series about environmental issues and sustainable development, a scathing critique of the paradoxes of our consumer society: The Chosen Ones, not to be missed.
