with what program you open conf file ? and how you run it ?

@b3rc1 You can use any text editor, like notedpad if you are on windows. Also not sure what you mean by running it? You do not execute the conf file but pass the conf file as a parameter

@boneym21may I dont understund.When i extract downloaded files i just get sc_serv.exe i dont get sc.serv.ban and sc_serv.rip ...and when i run sc_serv.exe then that creates sc_serv.ban , sc_serv.rip and sc_w3c.log .. and if i run sc_serv.exe again it will be nothing.. i cant run it ..

and i dont undrestund in what program do you run it ?
