Trial of Julie Witherspoon 1

Un-Edited Trial of Julie Witherspoon, Spec. 4, US ARMY for the "crime" of trying to file motions with the clerk of Court in Orange County, California, when Sheriff Dep. Mansfield and another assaulted her in a
un-necessary arrest, and the Police officers did NOT realize as they strip searched her, fondled her, that she had a secret recording device that captured all of it, and it was on the internet before this trial started.
Several cops involved have "moved on".

this is so WRONG, SO WRONG, Judge should have thrown it out on his own motion, THANKS WIlliam Wagener, for shining a light on these cockroaches who harass and and arrest out soldiers, who have been wrongly deprived of their children.

i cant believe the judge is saying the code she is citing does not apply in this court WTF is this a private court? its all UCC & admiralty jurisdiction it all applies and all parts R liable to it this judge has made up his mind, a few things should of been done before all of this you should have got the judge to swear in his oath provide the holder of his bond and the amount it is worth. ultimately you would end with this For and on the record this court takes judicial notice of judges oath

I have to agree with 006006 if there is no record of the hearing there is little chance to appeal. This is clearly meant to cover up the mistakes that are certain to snowball in this case.
