Most motivational rowing video ever, with speech by al pacino from the movie any given sunday, yes its a football movie, but damn does it work here, rowing races are won by a matter of inches almost every time.

Rowing, i do it in the Netherlands, but we row in an old live saving boat, called a "Sloep" in dutch.

Sometimes we have races from over three ours.

this is amazing because i actually altered the words to this speech by him so that it fit rowing, instead of football and i gave it to all of my varsity rowers before midwest rowing championship. then right before our race i preached it to them. it got us so pumped up,

for real. Those don't require much fitness at all. I mean shit, I almost laugh when I hear someone say "he is very athletic, he plays gold" (no joke I have heard it before).
