@thejammie First of all, she wasn't using a lot of back to curl, and two, the form was pretty strict, even though 65 pounds is a lot to curl, especially for women.
also I would like to add that recently I have purchaced the latest home gym device that attaches to my door and operates solely on pulleys and resistance bands if you also have any advice on some really killer workouts that will make me grow substancially I am more than completely open to your suggestions as I am a beginnerand I don't exactly know what I'm doing yet
Hello Ms. Jolie I would like to say first off that you are indeed a very strong girl also that as I am an average out of shape guy I myself am starting to train you truely inspire me if you could please lend me advice about training diet and nutrition I would appreciate it also please keep posting all your can in your video as I would like to try some of the things you are doing so I can attain my own look
form looks very good over all only thing i would add is keep your wrist a little straighter when curling up so you don't use as much forearm.

Form looked pretty strict to me! Most women can't even bench press the barbell, but you can curl 65 pounds for reps! That's impressive

shes not swinging or "cheating" at all. Slight movement of the upper body is totally acceptable and expected especially when lifting heavier weights.
