Thank you for your comment. You are right, that the best thing is to run. But you may can't run away, because you are in company with someone slow. Training against armed opponents is no guarantee, but it will increase your chances. If you will survive is a question of both opponents skill level (training), luck and mental strengh (training).

About woman: I don't agree. Winning is not always a question of power. There are lots of effective targets. Girls do selfdefense!

why im telling this?its because alot of comments from all videos of martial arts have negative comments and claiming their arts is the best. its like your judging the book by its cover. i practice martials for 19 yrs Arnis and Aikido. i trained american soldiers in their camp here in zamboanga. wishing every can make peace. cause martial arts is not a sports but a self defence. not make fire but to bring peace and unity.
