Nitro engine Savage 25 CAD drawing

I made this engine (based on my S-25 engine from my HPI Savage 25) in Solid Edge, a 3D drawing program I got from school.

Measurements are all guessed, you can see it is actually to high.

Okay, this was sweet.

I'm enrolled in this Mechanical Enineering class at Georgia Tech right now, and I took it upon myself to decide that my team's final end-of-the-year project in Solid Edge would be a single-cylinder OHV engine.

SO, how long did this take you, how difficult was it, and how much trouble might we run into, having NO prior experience in 3D CAD software?

It took me 2 weekends full time drawing, and a week in between if I was at home. How much is this in hours? Ehh, 30-35? I think...

The difficulty for me was the ribbled housing, however, the measures are all gambled, nothing is correct, I just made it fit. In comparison with the real engine this one is twice that big...

The advantage of this engine is that it is a 2stroke, so I did not have to worry about the camshaft, valves,... I did not figure out how to draw .....wheels (what is the word in English? thootwheel?) And how to let them drive eachother. Any tips/how-to's are welcome ;-) This should be the only thing to worry about. If you have figured it out, please let me know.
