@motorcop555 I saw Quinn at the 2010 event, EXTREMELY talented motor...I believe that counterbalancing is how he rides. I heard that he raced motorcycles prior to being a copper. He just does it different than the rest of us and makes it work. LA Sheriff does vehicle testing on most bikes and publishes their results. I sure that you can call their training bureau to get the website info if you're interested.

Seems like he has to do an awful lot of counterbalancing in the seat. I don't have to do nearly that on my KZ1000, or on any of the Harleys I have rode. Is that just him, or is that due to the handling characteristics of the bike? We are looking to replace the KZ sometime in the next year, and that would be good info to know.

We just got those and the saddlebags do make the course more challenging, because they are so wide.

Yup, they had to move the cones because the Kawasaki is 10 inches wider then the BMW and Honda. He won on a Honda ST1300pa last year. He is just a good rider. He didn't win Top Gun where they didn't move cones for the Kawasaki.
