I have to tell you guys that is more difficult to play it on a modern cello. Beleave it. much different like on a baroque instrument and tuning.

Great performance! What cello are you playing?

And why are you playing the piece down an octave? Was it written in that register and Pollain took it up an octave, or is the octave left to the performer?

Bex, Harrel, Pollain and a few others play it an octave higher, which is more brilliant.
