its an aristocrats joke (obviously) you see, the whole point of an aristocrats joke is to come up with most obscene story and at the end the manager gose what do you call an act like that, and one of the family members says the aristocrats. Except in this version he Instead says the obscene thing at the end as a punch line. Its ironic. Well, it uses the element of surprise.
