North Town Vegas is NOT North of Las Vegas. It is East of Las Vegas. If you don't believe it, go look at a map. It's only called North Town because the North-South running railroad goes through Las Vegas but it does so in an East-West manner.

Seriously, the best possible use for those buildings would be high density housing. Las Vegas has peaked. There will never be a commercial demand for more buildings in North Town.
