@jenLOLLY That lamp is from IKEA, there is a table and a floor version. I forgot the name of the lamp. I have actually changed out that lamp for a new one, and will post a vid of my "makeover" when everything is done.

@pleezer10 Thanks for the comments! I actually really need to do an updated video, because I have made significant changes since posting that video. Yes, I know the "mancandy" pics are not for everyone, but the human body is like art to me, and I do love black and white artistic semi-nudes,and often use them.

Your landlords let you paint? It is nice a little dark for me on the paint color. In the kitchen I love the brown and white stripes. Is that wallpaper or paint? I like a lot of it but I am on a budget.

@InspiredMuse74 Yes, my landlord allows painting, changing light fixtures....I love rich dark color,and I only used it on an accent wall, not the whole room. The brown and white stripes in the kitchen were done by first painting the walls in the dark brown color, then I applied the white paper stripes over the paint.They can peel right off.The trick to making a room look high end on a budget is to mix your lower end large items with moderate and high end pieces for your accessories.
