  • I just picked up one of these at Goodwill for $1.99.  Mine is the model 122, orange and black (looks like it's from the 70s). Very similar, but I haven't figured out how to pull the blade assembly out the back. I knew it was German when I spotted it - it just has that look. Beautiful results.

  • I've used this sharpener for years (mine being the 122 Dahle model) The hole at the bottom is for a metal leaver which operated a rubber table grip vice
