it's too bad the only responders are the french when there is a world of resources to help everyone affected. i was sweating just watching this, so i can imagine what it must really be like. Thoughts of peace & safety to you all.

The French have been stationed in Chad for a very long time and for historical reasons they feel a certain responsibility toward Chad. It is not suprising that they respond. They got stuck in the middle of it all.
