Marijuana Protest Memorial , Marilyn Holsten HD 1960 - 2009

Double Amputee Marilyn Holsten has lost her fight , the stress and the pain of being evicted for medicating herself with medicinal pot , was just to much for her huge heart to bare
Marilyn Holsten died of a heart attack on Aug 7th 2009 , the same day she received
the legal authorization to pocess and to medicate herself with marijuana , from Health Canada
She was evicted from Anavets Senior Citizens Housing Society @ 951 East 8 th ave here in Vancaouver in June 09 , Her sister Moria O'Neill said today , Marilyn really cared about her neighbours
and would have fans blowing her pot smoke out the window , she was always concerened about how her pot smoke would bother her neighbours ," Prince of Pot " Marc Emery spoke at Marilyns Memorial
today , and NDP MP Vancouver East Libby Davies , both of them have been helping Marilyn up to the time of her passing , helping her get her Health Canada Card , and helping her with her eviction battle with the Residential Tenancy Branch here In BC , Both levels of Government are to blame for
Marilyns Death , that is how I feel , My heart goes out to Marilyns family and many many friends
and lets make sure this never happens again !

Marc Emery ought to be set free today !

No one should ever be evicted and harrased like

Marilyn was , simply cus they smoked medical marijuana ! The only document one should need is a letter from their Dr ! This was heartless of her social housing provider ! They killed her ! Shame on them !
