@crystalscan2002 Yep, but I just got it to start in 4 pulls. It likes to have full throttle and full choke, with about 6 primes.

i can start any engine but you need to know the trick with those rotary carbs, first lift up the throttle arm on the carb with your fingers and while holding, it pull start till it runs then let it go since thats the real built in choke than using the one they installed on the air filter

@30GB I found out what this thing likes now, it likes full throttle and full choke. Then when it starts, move the choke off.

why is there a spark plug on the floor? and you used a flip camera to film?

your petrol scooter is a shit box that thing wont even start lve got a petrol scooter at home its a Tami win 40 its about 43cc 2.5 horse power 2000 watt speed its gos about 40 km to 45km range distance 25 miles on a full petrol tank its way better than the scooter on you-tube its 1 cylinder 2 stroke 25 to 1 add 250ml of oil and petrol lve had it for two years now
