"I think it is really important to understand that the Georgian-South Ossetian conflict is at the core of the problems which we have seen in August happening in this war," says Oksana Antonenko. "This was a conflict, from my point of view, the escalation of which was absolutely predictable. It was predictable for a number of reasons."
