No, unless that one is a top skilled hacker with more than 25 years of experience. and since real hackers don't have time to do such things I would feel very safe. I have given my IP to thousands of people who said they could hack me using my ip. and all of them failed... so no worries, your safe. If one has just your IP. it's useless, you can not hack one with just his IP
