One thing to consider is that PA taxes casinos at 55% of their profits. The casinos don't want to give up anything, so the games are going to be that much worse for the player.

GooD luck guys !!! we have had FELONS working on our casinos in plains, they arent doing background checks like there supposed 2 or maybe there just sloppy who knows ,they the gaming board just got back from ITALY on our dime!!!
