it supposed to taste better mixed with mustard, green onions and soy sauce. i never tasted it before, but really wish to. but can't find any local store, damnit.. lol

Hehe! You should have bought the japanese one with the Noh Mask Mascot and had it straight out of the fridge with soya sauce instead of the mustard. I noticed your packet was not japanese, hence the fact that it was missing the all important condiments ^^;;

@saintangelius - yeah, this one was bought at the general asian market in austin. should look for a true japanese only market...that's hard to come by though.

I love how it's recommended that nattou be stirred up.

Stirring it increases the Evil Within tenfold. I've had it a couple of times and noticed that it manages to get even more disgusting and slick, the more it's disturbed.
