The Forgotten Muslims of Myanmar (Burma)

According to a group of UK-based NGOs, from June 10 to 28, 650 Rohingya Muslims were killed, 1,200 went missing, and more than 80,000 others were displaced as a result of rioting, arson, rape, and a cycle of revenge attacks in the western state. Over the past two years, waves of ethnic Muslims have attempted to flee by boats in the face of systematic oppression by the Myanmar government. The government of Myanmar refuses to recognize the Rohingyas, who it claims are not native and classifies them as illegal migrants, although they have lived in Myanmar for generations.

I fear that this is only going to cause more hatred, and backlash against Buddhists. I think it's inexcusable what these Burmese are doing (I call them Burmese because to be a true Buddhist would not be to murder innocents) and I believe the actions are giving other practicing Buddhists (like myself) a bad name. We should all be human in our kindness and compassion to one another, whether Muslim or Buddhist, we should all be enlightened people and act as we are taught. Understanding is the way.

What about how many ppl died at the hands of Muslims in 9/11 & the London bus bombing. And how many are forced to submit to Islam. It works both ways. 2,973 innocent lives were lost in 9/11. They were also innocent, they didn't deserve to die either. No innocent living breathing animal nor human deserves to die because of evil. These Nuslims didn't deserve it, neither do Christians, Jews, Buddhists, Hindus just over the faiths. Think about the values of humanity.

It was an inside job, and part of a great plan to malign and start war against the Muslim..Do you know that hundreds of jews failed to show up at the world trade center..who told them that there was going to be an attack today? and there are many other pieces of evidence. Yeah I've read one because I was almost forced to when I was a kid, and I know none of them could teach me anything really worth my while. Why should I have interest in a book that tries to convince me into some sort of thinking, at the same time telling me I'll be punished if I won't?
