March 29, 2010 — A former DCF press secretary offered teenage boys alcohol and money to pose nude for porn videos, a new federal complaint said. Feb 2008.

The press secretary for Florida's child-welfare agency created an alter ego and used a state computer to e-mail one of the boys he used to produce child pornography he then sold to a magazine in Scotland and a porn "broker" in Germany, federal agents said.

Zimmerman, 41, was hired as a Department of Children & Families local spokesman in March 2005 and later promoted to statewide DCF press secretary.

Many of the e-mails were quite graphic, providing specific details as to how the boy should pose for pictures, how the boys would be paid, or where the pictures would be distributed. "I spoke with my broker in Germany who says they like what they were sent, in fact they like them a lot, but they've been holding off on selling them as [they] await word on what else is on its way". Zimmerman referred to a "magazine in Scotland". . .

Zimmerman asked a child welfare agency computer technician to throw his home computer in an outdoor trash container so authorities couldn't get access to it. The technician was also arrested for wiping the hard drive.

He was also arrested.

Florida DCYF already under criticism since 2002, when a Miami investigator lied about visiting the foster parents of a 4-year-old girl. The girl had actually been missing for a year and has never been found.

More recently, former Secretary Lucy Hadi resigned after being found in contempt of court for not moving inmates to state hospitals if they were incompetent to stand trial.

Before that, Jerry Regier left the position after an investigation showed he accepted favors from contractors. Regier had replaced Kathleen Kearney, who resigned after the 4-year-old disappeared.

Last year, a child protection task force criticized agency officials because a 2-year-old foster girl was missing for four months before police began searching for her.

Just, FYI...CPS forced me to take down my videos about the wrongful snatching of my relative's children. I wouldn't have buckled other than it might decide the permanent outcome of the placement of the kids.

@sizzled28 - yes, they hate the truth to get out. The truth is getting out regardless of their blackmailing however. Keep in mind you can always open another account and reveal CPS crimes in a way that keeps you anonymous. Every single person can make a difference. Can someone tell me from where "Dr." Fletcher obtained his doctorate--or any other degree that he has earned? For some reason, his on-line bios give no details whatsoever as to his educational background. Quite unusual, for someone who has a legitimate CV.

But the problem is child protective services are good, but "Child Protective Services" are bad, so who's going to REALLY give us child protective SERVICES if the "CPS" themselves won't? D:

What are we gonna do? Make a new system that's actually good and give them the same name? (Or maybe call'em "Child Protectors United? XD lol)

There is no CPS. Whenever your government uses a warm fuzzy acronym, its usually a lie. CPS is part of your state dept of economic security (their security not the peoples), or dept of human services. CPS = Child P**n at your service. Plane rides to hell. ("undisclosed locations").
