@carveawoodeneye the only things Apple makes are the chassis and the OS. hardware is 3rd party.

mac's seem a little more stable in my experience ! ie 5 pc's crashed vs 2 macs running smooth! also if you have to trouble shoot mac parts are all made by apple where as with a pc i've spent hours on the phone with people telling me " oh it's not the computer it's the sound card so i can't help you " only to have the sound card maker say no it's gotta be you hard drive sorry i cant help ! for making music i'll take a mac !

i like live but, why so many mac i use on a pc it works great i mean unless you use logic also i don't see the point but, yeah
