@kbssaprodussoes i think it is some kind of new safety wire, like electroluminescent wire, which you electrify to make it 'glow' : makes sense to use it in a bomb scenario because you would immediately see if your voltage is cut somewhere / not getting to the explosive etc in the event that 'nothing happens' which is probably one of the more dangerous bomb scenarios.
