As you embark on your health journey, nutrition may be a challenge especially as you watch others eat what they want. You may even experience sabatoge or people questioning your eating choices.

    My trigger foods are bread and all salty things. I've discovered by going raw vegan that these foods used to help me feel grounded because of my unbeknownst anxiety issues. I'm happy I discovered your video today. It's incredibly helpful.

    The first step is identifying the trigger foods and embracing the foods that love your body. I love a good green juice, too! And give me a big bowl of salad and I'm happy :)
