Not at all! It comes from German Studios Dingo Pictures who copy Disney's great Sucess. For example, Bambi became Goldie and there's a lot of others.

There are so many screen formatting errors in this it's just fucking hilarious. (for example, at 2:49 you can see the boy's legs are cut off. Not to mention at 2:22 where Aladin's freaking head is cut in half) Shitty as fuck voice acting aside, it's obvious the people animating this thing had no clue what the hell they were doing. Plus, ALADIN'S GIANT PUPILS SCARE ME.
