  • celery is only good for cutting, not for bulking, as it take more calories to digest than it provides.

  • Yeah.... if the only thing you're going to eat is celery. But when you are bulking, you are eating wayyy more calories than it takes to digest the celery. I don't even know why I'm responding to that statement. Oh well. Eat your damn celery.

  • @ukyvakrow man im 6'5 and i was 170 wen i started lifting, im 210 now, but i still get called skinny all the time. Its just the way she goes. I wish people knew being called skinny is the same as being called fat.

  • well done, i had my experience with my process i went from 140 pounds to 170 pounds being 5'11 so you can imagine how skinny i was, and even now people look at me and still say i'm skinny but 170 seems a good weight for what i want. i ate about 6 times a day + protein/carb shakes (serious mass) and good advice from trainers about not overworking my muscles really important to get rest. anyway awesome video and keep the hope up for all of us hard gainers :D
