Manhattan Mod Gameplay - Night Shift

Sirens are Q sirens (illegal I know, but until I can make a EQ2b this will do).
Small bug with the Lights on the tower, will be fixed :).
Calls...
1 - Vehicle Fire - E7
2 - EMS Heartattack - FDNY Ambulance
3 - Structure Fire - E7 L1 B1 - Turned out to be a trash can on fire rather than the building
4- Suspicious Device - All units responding + PD and EMS
