I discovered ToS (Tales of Symphonia) through my dad (bless him). He played through the first game, loved it, and told me about it. I watched him play it some, and by the time he finished his synopsis of it, I was pretty familiar with the over-all plot. It was interesting, to say the very least! For a fantasy J-RPG to have such a plot twist...-
-ah, well, I won't spoil it for those who haven't played it. XD Suffice to say, it was good. I didn't think much else about it until I noticed the OVA on youtube. My dad and I watched it in an evening, thought it was cute, and went on with our lives.
Last week my dad bought the Sequel to ToS (Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World), and began to play it. I demanded to watch the whole thing, because my favorite voice actor (Johnny Yong Bosch) plays the lead role (Emil). As I watched him play it, I started to get into the plot. With Emil & Marta's relationship, I began to remember how much I loved the chemistry between Lloyd & Colette....which reminded my of the OVA. I'd recently watched a wonderful (much better than mine) AMV to Enya's 'Caribbean Blue', and had the song in my head. I also had a cold. I was bored. It was 10 PM. My sister was asleep.

So this was born. Starting from 10 PM and working straight till 2:15 AM, It took around 4 hours. My fastest, most efficient work ever. It's not my best, but I like it. The song is soothing, the pairing is sweet.
