This is the class review for the third of four lessons in The Jam Cellar's beginning Lindy Technique series taught 10/20/09. Your instructors are Ann Mony and Bobby White.
The Jam Cellar is a world-reknowned weekly swing dance party held in a posh, turn of the century mansion in Northwest Washington, DC on Tuesday nights. The Jam Cellar offers class series in Lindy Hop and other swing dances for all levels of dancers taught by some of the best instructors in the world. Defiantly one of the best videos on technique on youtube, talking about the posture was great, people really struggle with that and the bent arm.
