At one point, there were 170,000 U.S. troops in Iraq. Today, there are 13,000." Also, the complete withdrawal is schedule for 2012, not 2014. the link to the article I posted explains why it's taken about a year to disassemble and move the 500 bases that were built and enlarged for over 8 years.
