The body is recycled. The information in our DNA is what persists. except that I think it is the body that does the remembering, and I don't know what "soul" is without body. Mathematical cosmologist Brian Swimme says : "Show me some matter that isn't bio-spiritual". It is matter that does the remembering - that we are the transformation of the ages.
