Quick question -- I saw a message board sign in the video that read, "Handsfree -- it's the law." Are there signs on freeeways and major roads that enter California that state that this is the law in the Golden State?

How come in all of your videos your speech audio only comes out of the left side speaker/earphone? It's sort of annoying.

Anyone notiice at 0:39 that the SUV on the left is just about to speed smack dab right in front of the chp cruiser and once he hears the siren he immediately slows down!!!! Just thought that it was a little interesting.

Won't you get a violation from those officers you were trying to record while driving?

I wish they'd do the same for people who text while driving, it's even more dangerous than talking on your cell. It's amazing the amount of people you see bobbling their heads while driving.

I do hope CHP do a much more crackdown. I seen people driving either too slowly, not pay attention to driving because they are on the phone. Like other say, how do you know if it's official? They do have callers in their patrol and uniforms, use that!

I wear an ear bud in one ear when I'm driving. It's the law!

The emergency services have it their way. I wonder if the CHP really checks to see if their call actually is 'official'?

It's about time! Watching people drive using cell phones or earbuds are scarey. Both draws attention away from the important task at hand-driving safely. The use of earbuds is frightening - can they hear an emergency vehicle with sirens or a warning honk of a car horn?
